⚠️ Important: Please note that currently only standard fields (first name, last name, email address and phone number) are transferred to Quentn. The transfer of custom fields is not yet supported.

However, you can assign custom tags from Quentn. By using tags, you can maintain a better overview in Quentn and structure your contact list clearly.

Quentn is a powerful marketing automation and CRM tool that helps you efficiently manage customer relationships and automate email campaigns. Through integration with Onepage, contact details from your forms are transferred directly to Quentn.

📌 Please note: The following steps and screenshots are based on the version available at the time this article was written. The user interface or names of the tool may have changed since then. If you notice any differences, we recommend checking the current instructions in the tool, looking in the provider's help centre or contacting the provider's support team.

Preparations in Quentn

Before you create the link in Onepage, you must prepare the relevant API data in your Quentn account.

Step 1: Register and log in to Quentn

If you do not yet have an account, first create a Quentn account. Then log in to your dashboard.

Step 2: Access API information

In your Quentn account, navigate to Settings -> System -> API Info.

Step 3: Copy the API Base URL

There you will find the API Base URL. Copy this link to your clipboard or a text document, as you will need it in the following steps.

Step 4: Generate API key

Click on "Add Key" to generate a new API key. Copy this code as well - you will need it in Onepage shortly.

Step 5: Create tags

Tags are used in Quentn to segment and organise contacts. This way, you always know which form a lead came from.

  • Go to Contacts -> Tags.

  • Create a new tag here (e.g. "Onepage Lead") if you want to categorise your contacts directly during transfer.

Integration in Onepage

Once you have the API data ready, you can complete the integration in your Onepage project.

Step 1: Open the CRM tab

Go to your desired project in Onepage and click on the CRM tab in the left-hand menu bar.

Step 2: Add integration

Click on the "Add integration" button in the top right-hand corner. Search for Quentn in the list of available integrations and click on it.

Step 3: Enter your credentials

A window will open where you can paste the data you copied earlier:

  • Identification Name - this is an optional field that is used as an internal identifier.

  • Insert the Quentn API key.

  • Insert the Quentn API base URL.

  • Select the tags that should be automatically assigned to the leads (optional).

🎉 The connection between Onepage and Quentn has now been successfully established!

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Are old leads also transferred to Quentn retrospectively?

No, the integration works for all new incoming leads from the moment of activation. Existing contacts must be exported manually and imported into Quentn.

Do I need a paid subscription with Onepage?

No, this integration can be used free of charge in Onepage. Please note, however, that Quentn itself may require a corresponding subscription in order to use the API interface. It is best to check this directly in Quentn's price overview.

Can I connect multiple Quentn API keys?

Yes, that is possible. You can store different keys for different projects or purposes. Simply click on the "Add new integration" button again and repeat the process.

Some of my form fields are not being transferred – why is that?

As mentioned in the note above, only standard fields (first name, last name, email, and phone number) are currently transferred to Quentn. Other fields (custom fields) are not yet supported at this time.
