If you have received a promo code from us (for example, as part of a promotional campaign), you can use it exclusively for upgrades.
This means:
The promo code can be used for a plan that you do not currently have.
The promo code can be used to upgrade to a higher plan.
Existing plans cannot be discounted retroactively.
It is not possible to apply the promo code after the purchase has been completed. The code must be entered during the upgrade process.
We regularly inform you about current promotions and discounts through our newsletter. It's worth keeping an eye on it so you don't miss any offers.
Applying a promo code
Step 1: Log in to Onepage
Log in to your Onepage account: Onepage Login
Step 2: Open your profile
Click the Onepage logo in the bottom-right corner to open the menu. Then select "Profile" from the menu options.
Step 3: Open the pricing plan tab
Navigate to the "Pricing Plan" tab.
Step 4: Select the desired plan
Choose the plan you want to upgrade to and click "Upgrade".
While you're here, please make sure that your payment method and account information are up to date. If no payment method or billing information (such as your address) has been added yet, you can enter or update these details during this step.
Step 5: Enter your code
Click + I have a promo code. Then enter your promo code and confirm it by clicking the arrow next to the input field.
The promo code must be actively applied. You can immediately verify whether it has been applied successfully in the order summary. The discount will be displayed there, along with the duration of the promotion, the date of the next charge, and the corresponding amount.

📌 Please note: If your code is not accepted, there may be one of the following reasons:
The code has expired: Promo codes are valid only for a specific promotional period and can no longer be redeemed once that period has ended.
The code is not applicable to your plan: Some promotions are only valid for specific plans or subscription terms.
Step 6: Confirm the upgrade
Confirm the upgrade by clicking the blue "Upgrade Your Plan for..." button.
The discount will be applied automatically, and your new plan will be activated.
Special case: AI assistant
The AI Assistant is always tied to the billing cycle of your main plan, provided that your main plan is billed monthly. This means that it is not billed separately but instead follows your existing billing period.
Example: If your main plan runs from the 15th of one month to the 15th of the next, and you add the AI Assistant on the 13th, you will only be charged a prorated amount until the next renewal date.
As a result, the billing for the AI Assistant is always aligned with the existing billing cycle of your main plan.
