Account Agent: Your AI assistant for your entire account

Learn where to find the Account Agent, how conversations work, everything the agent can do across your account, and how the new CMS Data tab works.

Written by Alina

The Account Agent is your central chat panel, and it can carry out almost every function in the dashboard.

One panel everywhere. The "AI Agent" button is located at the bottom left of both the sidebar (your main dashboard navigation) and the editor bar (while editing a page). In the editor, you can also open it by pressing the '7' key. It works on every screen: projects, every tab inside a project, domains, collaborators, and the page editor.

One history. The dashboard and the editor share the same conversations. Old conversations from the previous editor chat are not carried over.

Where the agent starts from

  • "Create with AI" on an empty page opens the panel with a new, empty conversation. Type your request there.

  • "Chat" on a React section opens that section's own conversation, with the section attached.

  • "Fix with AI" on a section with a build error opens the section's conversation. The message "Fix the error in this section." is pre-filled and the error is attached.

  • In the editor, "Select section" lets you attach sections from the page as context.

The agent always knows which screen you're on.

Conversations

  • Finding sessions: You can search the sessions list by name. It is grouped into Pinned, Today, Previous 7 days, Previous 30 days and Older.

  • Managing sessions: You can rename a session (double-click or the "…" menu), pin it or archive it. Archiving the open session starts a new, empty one. There is no delete option.

  • Session names: A session gets a short AI-generated name from its first message. If you rename it manually, your name is kept.

  • After a reload: The panel state and the open session survive a reload. Unsent drafts do not.

  • Attachments: Use the "+" button, paste, or drag and drop files. JPG, PNG, GIF and WebP are supported. SVG is not accepted.

  • While the agent works: The input field shows its status and an "Abort" button.

  • Long conversations: Very long conversations are automatically summarized by the AI. The agent then paraphrases older details instead of quoting them word-for-word.

  • Section changes: A "Changed N sections" card lists the sections the agent edited. It offers "Navigate to", "Show code," and "Undo".

  • Analytics: Answers can include charts: bar, line, pie, doughnut, radar and polar area.

Tips for larger tasks

A new session for every task: A session is a conversation with the agent, and it remembers everything discussed within it. Therefore, start a separate session for each website and every larger task: open the agent, expand the panel, and select "Create new session" or click the plus sign on the left.

This way, the agent starts without any old context and stays focused on the website you are currently working on.

Start small: You achieve the best results by taking a step-by-step approach. Instead of building a complete website with many pages all at once, it is best to start with the homepage and 1–3 additional pages, expanding them gradually.

First the plan, then the build: For larger tasks, the agent will present its plan first and then work in stages. Between stages, it will check in so you can review the direction. Reply with "Continue" or let it know what you would like to change.

If the agent stops: Type "Continue from where you left off." The agent will resume based on what it has already saved.

Replace placeholder content: If the agent uses placeholder content, it will invent realistic-sounding numbers and facts that are not yours, such as founding year, team size, or number of projects. Have the agent list them for you and provide the real details:

"List all the numbers and facts you made up for the placeholder content so I can give you the real ones."

Folders through the agent

  • Folder names: Folders are always named by their path, for example "Clients > 2026 > Spring", never by an ID. If two folders share a name, the agent shows both paths and asks which one you mean.

  • Nesting limit: Folders nest up to 5 levels. The agent explains the limit instead of failing silently.

  • Delete a folder: The agent first shows you the folder's path, every subfolder and every project inside, then waits for your confirmation. The folder goes to the Archive with everything in it and can be restored in one step.

  • Delete an archived folder forever: This needs a second, separate confirmation with a one-time code. Everything inside is permanently deleted.

  • Permissions: Only the owner can delete a folder. A collaborator cannot.

  • Live updates: The Projects screen and the folder sidebar update while the agent works, without requiring a page reload. In the editor, the Pages panel shows pages the agent creates, renames, deletes, restores, or moves.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Where can I find the Account Agent?

At the bottom left in the sidebar and in the editor bar. In the editor, you can also open it by pressing the '7' key.

Will my old conversations from Onepage AI be carried over?

No. With the new Account Agent, there is now a central chat for the entire dashboard and the editor. Conversations from the previous Onepage AI chat were not transferred to the Account Agent.

Can I delete a session?

No. You can rename, pin, or archive sessions.

Does the agent remember things across multiple sessions?

Within a session, it remembers everything. Across sessions, it uses Memory: Notes per project that it recalls in later conversations.

Why does the agent only paraphrase older details?

Very long conversations are automatically summarized by the AI. The agent then paraphrases older details instead of quoting them word-for-word. For a new task, it is best to start a new session.

The agent stopped in the middle of a task. What now?

Type "Continue from where you left off." It will resume based on what it has already saved.

Which files can I attach?

You can add JPG, PNG, GIF, and WebP.

SVG is not supported.

Does the agent consume tokens/credits and where can I see my balance?

Yes, every request to the agent consumes AI tokens. You can check your current plan, your limits, and your remaining usage at any time for free in your account settings within the dashboard. Alternatively, you can ask the agent directly in the chat.
