Onepage offers different pricing plans: Free, Essential, Standard, Advanced, and Expert. You can check exactly which features are included in your chosen plan at any time in Onepage’s pricing overview.

This article explains in detail what each feature means, regardless of which plan it is available in.

Below, you will find a detailed overview.

Usage limits

Websites: Indicates how many websites, or projects, you can create with the chosen plan.

Pages: Defines the total number of subpages you can create.

Sub Domains: The number of subdomains that can be connected to your project.

Onepage specials

Expert Support: Your plan specifies the type of chat support available.

Pro and Basic design modes: Start with a simple editing mode and switch to Pro mode if needed to access advanced features, such as greater flexibility in structure (learn more).

Website transfer: Projects can be fully transferred to another account, including the domain (instructions).

Advanced Menu: Use a mega menu with multiple entries and widgets for even more design flexibility (learn more).

Team-cooperation

Collaboration: Invite colleagues or clients to work on a project together (learn more).

Folder grouping: Instead of sharing individual projects, you can also share entire folders (learn more).

Access-management: Set detailed permissions for invited users, specifying whether they can edit content, view only, or have no access at all, for the website, CRM, or domain (learn more).

Website essentials

Website analytics: With the integrated analytics, you get a clear overview of your website’s performance. You can view key metrics such as:

  • Page Views: Total number of visits to your pages.

  • Visitors: Number of unique users.

  • Leads: Number of submitted forms.

  • Conversion Rate: Percentage of visitors who completed a desired action.

This allows you not only to see how many people visit your site but also how effectively it performs (learn more).

Integrated CRM: All form submissions are automatically collected in the CRM. There, you can organize your leads, manage them in lists, and, if needed, integrate them with other tools (learn more).

Custom Domain: Connect your own domain via A, NS, or CNAME records (learn more).

Remove Onepage branding: Hide the Onepage logo at the bottom of your site.

Custom HTML & CSS: Add your own HTML, CSS, or JavaScript code to your website, for example, to embed external widgets (learn more).

Head & Body scripts: Insert custom scripts either globally for the entire website or only on specific pages. This allows you to integrate tracking codes, analytics tools, chatbots, or custom functionalities without altering the core structure of the site. It provides flexible customization and expansion of your website according to your needs (instructions).

AI Writer: With the AI writer, you can efficiently create, improve, or translate content. The AI helps generate texts that are both accurate and engaging. You can instruct it to focus on specific aspects, such as using relevant keywords or adjusting the writing style to your target audience. This enables the creation of high-quality content that appeals to your website visitors while meeting search engine requirements (learn more).

Global sections: Global sections allow you to create reusable elements or content that appear on multiple pages of your website simultaneously. Any changes made to a global section are automatically applied to all pages where it is used, saving time, ensuring a consistent design, and eliminating the need to edit each page individually (explanation).

A common example is headers and footers: if you need to update your logo, navigation, or contact information, you only need to make the changes once in the global section. They are then automatically updated across all pages of your website.

Forms and Funnels: This is an add-on that can be added if needed.

Performance enhancement

Optimized tracking: Onepage ensures that all tracking data is reliably and accurately recorded, including properly implemented events and without duplicate triggers.

Flexible tracking events: In addition to standard actions like page views or form submissions, you can define custom events, such as button clicks, downloads, or scroll depth. These events can be forwarded to external analytics and tracking tools for detailed evaluation of campaigns and funnels.

SEO optimization: In your page’s SEO settings, you can set important parameters such as meta titles, meta descriptions, keywords, and a share image. You can also enable indexing so that search engines can find and display your page. For structuring your content, heading tags (H1, H2, H3, etc.) are available, which you can add manually.

Preparing SEO Settings
Optimize SEO

Advanced AI SEO: In the paid plans, AI-powered content creation is available. The system automatically analyzes your page content and generates appropriate descriptions in your website’s language. Additionally, you can manually fill in certain fields to customize the content as needed (learn more).

Capture URL / UTM parameters: With URL parameters, you can pass data directly to your forms. UTM parameters help track the source of visitors and campaigns. Hidden fields are invisible on the page and can also be automatically populated via URL parameters. This allows you to keep track of leads and their origins (learn more).

Conversion API: The Conversion API enables server-side tracking for platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, or Facebook. Unlike traditional pixels, data is sent directly from the server, increasing accuracy and avoiding modern tracking issues. This provides more conversion data, supports the learning processes of advertising platforms, and helps improve campaign performance (learn more).

Automation & Integrations

5.000 Apps via Zapier: With Zapier, you can easily connect Onepage to thousands of other tools, such as CRMs, email marketing platforms, or Google Sheets. This allows your leads to be automatically transferred and processed. You can set up individual connections for each form or list to integrate your data into other systems as needed (learn more).

1.000 Apps via Make: With Make, you can visually create, automate, and connect workflows between Onepage and external tools. Leads from Onepage can be automatically sent to applications like Google Sheets, CRMs, or email marketing platforms. Integration is done directly through Onepage’s CRM system, and individual connections can be set up for each project and lead list (learn more).

HubSpot: HubSpot is a platform for managing customer contacts and automating marketing, sales, and service processes. With the Onepage integration, new leads can be automatically created as contacts in HubSpot, with basic information such as first name, last name, email address, and phone number transferred. A HubSpot account and access token are required for setup (learn more).

Telegram: You can connect your Onepage CRM with Telegram to receive instant notifications whenever a new lead is added. This keeps you informed in real time and allows you to respond directly to incoming contacts (learn more).

KlickTipp: With the KlickTipp integration, leads from your Onepage forms can be automatically sent to KlickTipp. An individual API key is created and stored in Onepage, allowing leads to be directly added to your KlickTipp lists for use in email marketing or other automations (learn more).

Quentn: With Quentn, your Onepage leads can be automatically incorporated into marketing and automation workflows. This enables you to launch email campaigns, follow-ups, or other processes directly based on your collected leads.

Webhooks: Webhooks allow you to automatically trigger external workflows in third-party software whenever a specific event occurs in Onepage. This enables real-time data transfer and automation of processes in other tools (learn more).

Security

HTTPS connection: SSL encryption ensures that all data between your website and its visitors is transmitted securely. This protects sensitive information and builds user trust.

EU-located servers: All personal data is stored on servers within the European Union, ensuring compliance with strict GDPR data protection requirements. This keeps your data secure and legally compliant.

GDPR cookie-notification: A banner informs visitors about the use of cookies on your website. Users can give their consent via a confirmation button.

DDoS protection: Protects your website from external attacks aimed at overloading the server. This ensures your site remains accessible even during attacks.

GDPR consent solution: Provides a complete consent solution where visitors must actively agree (opt-in) before personal data is processed, ensuring compliance with GDPR data protection regulations.

Third-party content shield: Embedded content such as YouTube videos or Google Maps is blocked until the user actively consents. This controls data transfer to third parties and protects visitor privacy.

Email services

Email volume: Specifies how many leads or messages you can receive through your forms, helping you keep track of incoming contacts at all times.

Lead-notifications: Automatically receive an email whenever a new lead submits a form or quiz. You can customize which forms or lists trigger notifications, ensuring you are informed immediately and can respond to new leads directly (learn more).

Custom email templates: Onepage provides standard templates that anyone can use. You can customize them to create and send emails tailored to your branding, strengthening your brand and sending professionally designed messages to your leads.

Custom sender: Send emails using your own business email address and maintain full control over the sender. The platform supports integration with leading email services such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, Brevo, Mailjet, and Mailgun, allowing professional and reliable communication.

Email Autoresponder: The autoresponder allows you to automatically respond to new sign-ups or events, such as with a welcome email. Set it up directly in the desired form’s final step, choose an existing email template, or create a new one if needed. The prepared message is then automatically sent to recipients (learn more).

Double opt-In: With double opt-in, a lead receives a confirmation email after submitting a form to verify their information. The sign-up is only considered complete after this confirmation (learn more).
