HubSpot is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform designed to help businesses track leads, manage customer interactions, and automate marketing workflows. By connecting your Onepage account directly to HubSpot, you can automatically sync form submissions in real-time. This integration eliminates manual data entry, ensuring that every lead captured on your landing page is instantly available for your sales and marketing teams to follow up on.

To integrate HubSpot into Onepage, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to CRM in Onepage

Log in to your Onepage account, select your project, and go to the CRM tab.

Step 2: Add Integration

Click on "Add Integration" and select "HubSpot".

Step 3: Connect with HubSpot

Click on "Connect with HubSpot". You will be forwarded to an authentication page from HubSpot, where you can connect your existing HubSpot account or create a new one.

📌 Please note: you will also see an option below to connect private app. This is an outdated method. We recommend using the first option.

Choose your account:

Step 4: Test and Verify contacts

Fill out your form to create a new lead in Onepage. Then, go to HubSpot, click on CRM and select Contacts. The leads will be automatically added as new contacts in HubSpot.

📌 Please note: When testing, please avoid using the same email address multiple times in the form. HubSpot may automatically detect duplicate entries and ignores them, which may cause tests to not display correctly.

🎉 Done! You have now connected HubSpot to your Onepage project. Leads will be automatically transferred as contacts to HubSpot.

⚠️ Important: The direct integration only allows the transfer of basic contact data such as first name, last name, email address, and phone number. Other fields cannot be transferred.
