If you want to switch to a lower price plan because you need fewer functions than before, we would like to show you here how the process works and what you should bear in mind.

🔁 This is how a downgrade works

If you want to downgrade your license, please proceed as follows:

Step 1: Cancellation of your current license

Please send us an email to support@onepage.io or a direct message via the live chat, requesting a downgrade.

⚠️ Important: We will then downgrade your current license to the free version at the next possible date. (depending on the current billing period).

Step 2: License selection after expiry

As soon as your license has expired, you can simply select the desired new license in your profile under Price plan.

FAQ

What happens to my pages?

Your account, as well as your created pages, will all remain.

Can I still edit my pages in the Free plan?

Pages that do not meet the criteria of the free license (1 project with a maximum of 3 pages) will only be taken offline.

What happens when I perform an upgrade?

As soon as you select a paid license again, these pages are automatically published again without any loss of data.

What happens to functions from my original plan?

When switching to a lower plan, you will only have access to the functions that are included in the new plan. Functions that were included in the original plan but are no longer available in the new plan can no longer be used or edited after the switch.

Before switching, please take a close look at the benefits overview of your chosen tariff to make sure that all the functions that are important to you are still covered.
