To cancel your subscription, please contact our support team. If you simply want to switch to a different pricing plan, we recommend that you first read our article on downgrading.

There you will find all the important information about our process.

To start the live chat, simply click on the Onepage logo in the lower right corner of your screen and then select "Get help". This will open a chat window where you can contact our support team directly.

📌 Note: The cancellation period is one month. Please ensure that we receive your cancellation at least one month before the renewal date of your current plan.
