Project overview

The project overview is the home of your workspace in Onepage and the place where all projects and interactions take place.

Once you log in, the first thing you'll see is your project overview. Here you can keep track of all the projects you've created with Onepage.

Navigation bar

The navigation bar on the left is used to search for projects, customize your templates, or manage the editor function.

1. Jump to

The "Jump to" tab lets you search for specific projects, which is especially useful if you manage many projects.

2. Recent

The "Recent" tab displays the projects you've opened most recently.

3. Shared with me

The "Shared with me" tab shows all the projects you've been invited to by others.

4. Projects

Under "Projects", you'll find all the projects currently active in your account.

Switching to "Archive" there takes you to your archived projects.

5. Templates

To customize your page and project templates, use the "Templates" tab.

6. Domains

In the "Domains" tab, you can view and manage all connected domains.

7. People

Starting with the Essential plan, you can invite other Onepage accounts to your projects. You can see who has access to which projects and assign appropriate permissions to the invited editors.

Create project

Step 1: Log in to your account

Log in to Onepage: Onepage Login

Step 2: Create your first project

After logging in, you can create your first project. To do this, go to the "Projects" tab and click on the blue "Create project" button.

Step 3: Select a template

You now have three options: start from scratch, have the website created using AI (this requires the "AI Assistant" add-on, minimum T1000), or use one of our templates.

You can, of course, customize all content in a template according to your preferences. However, the basic structure helps you to orient yourself.

Step 4: Assign project names

No matter which option you choose, the next step is to give your project a name. Choose a name that best reflects your project.

If your desired name is already taken, you will need to be a little creative.

Create folders for projects

If you manage multiple projects in your Onepage account, for example, as an agency working with various clients, things can quickly become cluttered. Folders help you bring structure to your project overview. For instance, you could create a separate folder for each client or keep internal and external projects separate.

This is especially useful for agencies or larger teams to:

  • maintain an overview,

  • access client projects more quickly,

  • collaborate more efficiently.

Here we'll show you how easy it is to create a folder and organize projects within it:

Step 1: Create a folder

  1. Open your project overview.

  2. Click the folder icon in the upper right corner.

  3. Give your folder a name, e.g., "Customer Müller" or "Internal Pages".

  4. Click "Create Folder".

Step 2: Move the project into a folder

  1. Hover over the project you want to move.

  2. Click the small three-dot menu (⋯) directly on the project.

  3. Select "Move to folder".

Create a folder within your project

When a project contains many pages, it can quickly become confusing. To address this, you can organize the pages directly within the project into folders.

This feature helps you:

  • maintain an overview of your project,

  • group pages logically (e.g., by campaign, language, or funnel stage),

  • navigate more quickly and work more efficiently.

Step 1: Create a folder

  1. Open your project.

  2. Click the folder icon at the top right.

  3. Name your folder, e.g., "German version" or "Funnel 1".

Step 2: Move pages into a folder

  1. Hover over the page you want to move.

  2. Click the small three-dot menu (⋯) directly on the page.

  3. Select "Move to folder".
