Even with the Essential plan, you can share your Onepage projects with one other person. With the Expert plan, you also have the option to assign custom editing permissions for the website, CRM, domain, and AI credits.
Depending on the plan you’ve selected, different features are available to you, particularly regarding the number of additional editors and their access rights.
There are three different ways to share your project with others. Below, we'll show you the three options.
⚠️ Important: The person you invite must be registered with Onepage. They need either a free or paid Onepage account to view your projects and collaborate on them.
The available features may vary depending on the plan you've selected.

Manage Editing Permissions
The following areas can be managed separately:
Website: Access to the website builder and all pages of the project.
CRM: Access to the CRM and all leads for the project.
Domain: Access to the project’s domain settings.
AI Credits: Specify whether the person is allowed to use your AI credits.
You have up to three options available for each area:
can edit
can view
no access
This way, you retain full control over who can access what at all times.
📌 Please note: Editing permissions can only be adjusted in the Expert plan.
