You can add or change your payment method in Onepage. Once you have added the new payment method, your new card will be charged from the next year/month.
Change payment method
Step 1: Log in to your account
Log in to Onepage: Onepage Login
Step 2: Open profile settings
Click on the Onepage logo in the bottom right corner to open the menu. Then select "Profile".
Step 3: Open billing
Click on "Billing".
Step 4: Change Payment Method
Go to "Payment Method" and click on "Change".
Step 5: Change payment method
A new window will open, select "Add new payment method".
After you have entered all the information, please click on "Confirm".
📌 Please note: If you pay for your Onepage plan via SEPA, payment processing can take up to 7 business days. To ensure you are not restricted during this time, you will receive full access to all included features immediately after upgrading.
However, no further changes can be made while the SEPA payment is still pending. This includes upgrading your plan or purchasing add-ons.

If you have not yet saved a payment method, you can go through steps 1 to 4 and then add a new payment method. To do this, select "Add payment method".

In Onepage, you can use forms free of charge, but for logic jumps, advanced analytics, and the conversion API (from Advanced Add-on), you need to purchase the add-on. The add-on can only be purchased on a monthly basis and can also be canceled on a monthly basis.
