Reset or change password

If you have forgotten your Onepage password, you can easily recover it. There are several ways to do this, and in this article we will show you what options are available to you.

Go to the Onepage login: Onepage Login

Select "Forgot password?" under the "Password" field.

Now enter your email address in the "E-mail" field.

Then check your email inbox. You will receive a message with a link or button that you can use to reset your password. You will then be able to log in again.
​

If you are already logged into your Onepage account and want to change your password, you can do so via the "Profile" menu item.

Click on the Onepage logo in the bottom right corner to open the menu. Then select "Profile".

Under "Personal Information", click on "Password".

Click on "Forgot password?" and then on "Reset password". You will then receive confirmation that an email has been sent to you, which you can use to set a new password.

Alternatively, you can also set a new password directly in the tab.
​

If you registered with Onepage using Google, you cannot reset your password on Onepage. In this case, you must change your password via Google.
​

You can recognize this by the following error message that appears when you reset your password: forgot_pass.http_errors.CHANGE_PASSWORD_NOT_ALLOWED
