Manage invoices & personal data

In this article, you'll learn how to find your invoice, customize your invoice email, and update your payment information.

Find invoice details

To find your billing information, follow these steps.

Step 1: Log in to your account

Log in to Onepage: Onepage Login

Step 2: Open profile settings

Click on the Onepage logo in the bottom right corner to open the menu. Then select "Profile".

Step 3: Open billing

Click on "Billing".


Here you can find all information about your current subscriptions, payment details, and billing history.


Change personal data

If you want to change personal information such as your name, address, or billing email, follow the same steps as before:

  1. Click on "Profile".

  2. Click on "Billing".

  3. Go to "Billing Info" and click on "Change".

There, you can update all your personal information. First, you can enter a new billing email address.

Then, you can choose between "Personal" and "Company". The difference depends on whether or not you provide a VAT ID or tax ID number.


Once you've made your changes, please click "Confirm". The new information will then be reflected on your next invoice.

If you've changed your billing email address, future invoices will be sent automatically to the new email address.

📌 Please note: If an invoice has already been issued and you change this information retrospectively, the issued invoice will not be automatically adjusted.

Our payment provider Stripe does not allow us to change invoices that have already been created.
