Set up e-mail notifications
Step 1: Open project
Open the project for which you want to set up email notifications.
Step 2: Add integration
Click on CRM → Add integration → Email.
📌 Please note: You can assign specific forms to specific lists and set up a separate integration for each list. This allows you to set up individual notifications for individual forms or quizzes.
If you have created multiple lists, select the appropriate list. Otherwise, simply stay in the complete overview.

Step 3: Set up the integration
In the pop-up window, select a template, specify the subject for the notifications, and enter the email address to which the notifications should be sent.
For example, if you are creating a page for a customer, you can also have notifications sent directly to their email address.
📌 Please note: All lead information is automatically transferred to the standard template.
If you want to create your own template, please add the "Lead Info" element so that the transmitted data is displayed correctly.
