By using Onepage, you automatically agree to our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) between you or your company and Onepage.
You already agreed to this during registration, no further action is required.
You can find the current version of the DPA here: Onepage DPA.
Do I need to download or sign the DPA?
No. The process is completed automatically upon your registration with Onepage. You can download the document for your records at any time, but it does not need to be returned or actively signed.
What does the DPA cover?
Our DPA outlines, among other things:
What personal data is processed
What security measures (TOMs) we implement
The respective responsibilities of you (as the controller) and us (as the processor)
When you need a DPA with your own customers
For example, if you work as an agency and process your clients' data on their behalf, you may need a data processing agreement (DPA) with them.
⚠️ Important: Onepage is neither authorized nor able to provide legal advice. For questions, please contact a data protection officer or use reputable templates from providers such as e-recht24.de.
