Step 1: Open Onepage domain settings
Go to Settings ➡️ Domain settings
Step 2: Add domain
First, click on the "Connect custom domain" button and enter your subdomain without www in the following window. An example: offer.yoursite.de.
Then please click on "Next Step".
⚠️ Important: Most domain providers do not allow you to connect the main domain without a subdomain (such as “offer”) via CNAME.
If you want to use your domain without a subdomain, we recommend selecting the A-Record method.
Step 3: Copy the correct values
The window will now display your individual DNS values, which you must enter with your hosting provider. Please copy these.
Step 4: Login to All-Inkl.com
Open the "technical administration (KAS)" website at All-Inkl.com and log in with your separate password for this area.
Tip: If you do not know this password, you can also log in via the MembersArea and select "Technical Administration" from the menu on the left.
Step 5: Open the "DNS settings" for your domain
First, click on "Tools" (1.) on the left-hand side and select "DNS settings" (2.) from the menu that opens.
In the domain overview, you can now click on the first icon in the "Actions" area (3.) to the right of your desired domain to go to the DNS settings editing page.
Step 6: Create a new DNS record
Click here on "Add a new DNS record".
Step 7: Enter and save the CNAME Record
Enter the following DNS entries for your domain in this window and make sure that a period is placed at the end of the value.
Name: z.B.
offer
Type / Priority:
CNAME
Data / Value:
whitelabel.onepage.io.
Finally, click Save to save your CNAME record.
⚠️ Important: The connection of the subdomain can take a few hours (up to 48 hours in rare cases). It is therefore possible that the domain is not immediately accessible.
🎉 The connection between Onepage and All-Inkl.com is now set up! 🎉
