AI makes many tasks easier today, including creating websites. With Onepage AI, you can automatically generate content and quickly design your website.

At the same time, this raises questions about data protection, copyright, and legal liability. In this article, we’ll give you an overview of the most important points.

The content generated by the AI is available for you to use on your website. However, it does not have its own copyright protection. You may use the content, but you must ensure that your inputs, whether texts, images, graphics, or other materials, do not violate the rights of third parties.

We work with several different LLMs (such as Gemini and Claude) and also have a relatively extensive workflow that ultimately leads to the final result.

Only the data you actively share with the AI is processed. If you do not enter personal data, no personal data will be stored or processed.

Our AI deliberately avoids creating legally relevant content such as an imprint or privacy policy. If, in exceptional cases, such content is generated, it is not legally reviewed and may be incorrect or incomplete.
