📌 Please Note: The following steps and screenshots are based on the state of the tool at the time this article was created. The user interface or labels may have changed since then.
If you notice any discrepancies, we recommend checking the current instructions within the tool, consulting the provider's help center, or contacting the provider's support.
Step 1: Call up Onepage domain settings
Go to Settings ➡️ Domain settings
Step 2: Add domain
Please add your subdomain without www.
For example: offer.yoursite.com
Then click on Next step.
⚠️ Important: Most domain providers do not allow you to connect the main domain without a subdomain (such as “offer”) via CNAME.
If you want to use your domain without a subdomain, we recommend selecting the A-Record method.
Step 3: Copy the correct values
Here you have an overview of the required values. Please copy these.
Step 4: Register with GoDaddy
Open GoDaddy, log in and go to Domain Portfolio. You can then select your desired domain.
Step 5: Open DNS settings
Select DNS to view the DNS-Records.
Step 6: Click on “Add New Record”
Select Add New Record.
Step 7: Select CNAME
Select CNAME for the "Type".
Step 8: Set and save entry
Please set the entry as follows:
Typ:
CNAMEName: e.g.
offerValue:
whitelabel.onepage.ioTTL:
1 Hour(or keep the default value)
and then click on Save.
⚠️Important: The connection of the subdomain can take a few hours (up to 48 hours in rare cases). It is therefore possible that the domain is not immediately accessible.
🎉 The connection between Onepage and GoDaddy is now set up! 🎉
