Step 1: Call up Onepage domain settings
Go to Settings ➡️ Domain settings.
Step 2: Add domain
Please add your subdomain without www.
For example: offer.yoursite.com
Then click on Next step.
⚠️Important: Most domain providers do not allow you to connect the main domain without a subdomain (such as “offer”) via CNAME.
If you want to use your domain without a subdomain, we recommend selecting the A-Record method.
Step 3: Copy the correct values
Here you have an overview of the required values. Please copy these.
Step 4: Open your domain page
Open WIX, log in and open your domain page.
Step 5: Select “Manage DNS records”
Click on the Domain actions icon next to the relevant domain and select Manage DNS records.
Step 6: Add CNAME entry
Click on + Add Record in the “CNAME” section.
Step 7: Set and save entry
Typ:
CNAMEHostname: e.g.
offerValue:
whitelabel.onepage.ioTTL:
1 hour(or keep the default value)
and then click on Save and also on Save change in the pop-up message.
⚠️ Important: The connection of the subdomain can take a few hours (up to 48 hours in rare cases). It is therefore possible that the domain is not immediately accessible.
