⚠️ Important: The CNAME method can no longer be used to connect www domains. If you want to connect your domain to www., use the A record method instead.
The CNAME method is now only available for subdomains such as go., office., offer. or other custom prefixes.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via live chat or by email at support@onepage.io.
Step 1: Purchase a domain
Register with a domain provider such as Namecheap or GoDaddy and purchase your custom domain.
Step 2: Open the domain settings in Onepage.
Log in to Onepage and select your project.
Go to Settings → Domain-Settings.
Step 3: Add your domain
Click on "Connect custom domain" and enter your domain. Please make sure to use only lowercase letters.
⚠️ Important: Please include the subdomain prefix when entering the domain.
Correct example: go.yourdomain.com
Incorrect examples: yourdomain.com or www.yourdomain.com
Step 4: Copy and paste the CNAME record
In the pop-up window, you'll find the entry that you need to add to your domain provider's DNS settings.
Then click "Okay, got it".
📌 Please note: Please note that the domain can only be connected if the DNS records have been set up correctly with your domain provider.
With some providers, you must also add a period (.) after the value. So, for whitelabel.onepage.io, you would need to enter whitelabel.onepage.io.
In most cases, however, this period is added automatically, so you can simply enter the entry as shown.
Step 5: Your domain is connected
Onepage has detected that you have entered your custom domain. Once you have added your domain to Onepage, you can monitor its connection status in real time. Onepage automatically checks to ensure that the domain has been set up correctly.
